Required Information
In order to expeditiously process a request from an authorized law enforcement representative, you must include:
- The name of the law enforcement agency;
- Documentation of the individual’s credentials and title;
- Identification (e.g., badge number);
- Contact information, including e-mail from the public domain;
- Name of the legal entity whose information is requested;
- Details of the request (subpoena number, public addresses or transaction IDs in text format or Excel);
- A realistic deadline for a response;
- Request for Mutual Legal Assistance for International Compliance.
