In order to expeditiously process a request from an authorized law enforcement representative, you must include:

• The name of the law enforcement agency;
• Documentation of the individual’s credentials and title;
• Identification (e.g., badge number);
• Contact information, including e-mail from the public domain;
• Name of the legal entity whose information is requested;
• Details of the request (subpoena number, public addresses or transaction IDs in text format or Excel);
• A realistic deadline for a response;
• Request for Mutual Legal Assistance for International Compliance.
