How much time do I have to create a request?

You have 15 minutes to create an exchange request. Regardless of the reasons, the application will be canceled in a time period exceeding the specified time. To continue working with the service, you will need to create a new request. If, despite the time expiry, you have transferred funds according to the requisites – immediately contact the support service operators.


The site is not displaying correctly. What can I do?

Try refreshing the page by pressing CTRL+F5 or clear your browser cache. If this doesn’t solve the problem, try opening the site in a different browser.

About Exchanges

Where can I check the status of my application?

You can submit an application through our service and monitor its status in three ways:

  1. Log in to your personal cabinet on the website, select “Exchange History” and view the application number, date, time and status. The status “Executed” means that the exchange has been successfully completed and the funds have been sent.
  2. Without registering, you can also see the status of the request on the site by refreshing the page with the F5 key if necessary.
  3. Notifications on the status of requests are automatically sent to your registered e-mail, where you can get up-to-date information if you do not have access to your personal account temporarily.

How long does it take to process an application?

It takes from 1 to 20 minutes to process an exchange from the moment the payment is received. Please note that the processing time is related to the amount of the exchange and may take a little longer for large amounts.


I paid for the application, but the funds have not arrived. What’s the reason?

There are several possible reasons. Make sure that:

  1. The requisites are correct. Incorrect data can cause an error in the application, about which you will receive a notification to the mail. In case of an error, no refund is possible, so check the details carefully.
  2. The funds have been debited from your account. Without the debit, the application will not be processed.
  3. If the delay is caused by the blockchain network, we cannot speed up the process and it remains only to wait for the transaction to complete.

Can I cancel my request?

  • If your order has been completed, unfortunately no refunds are available.
  • If your request has been paid for but not yet completed, you have the option to return the funds. To do this, please contact our support team.

Why is the confirmation of BTC transaction delayed?

The delay can be affected by:

  1. Network congestion: the growing number of BTC transactions slows down confirmations.
  2. The size of the commission: miners process transactions with a higher commission faster.

Delays are usually a few hours, sometimes up to a few days. In any case, the funds are either delivered to the recipient or returned to the wallet.

You can find a link to the transaction or its hash in your personal cabinet on the website or in an email sent to your e-mail. You can also use well-known blockchain observers to view transactions of most popular coins:

What does confirmation from the BTC network mean?

When Bitcoin is received, new owners cannot use the coins immediately – the transaction is first sent to the network for inclusion in the blockchain. This process, called confirmation, guarantees its authenticity and protects it from being double-spent. Each confirmation means the transaction is included in a new block, and is considered to be finally confirmed when it reaches 6 confirmations.

Our service requires a minimum of 2 BTC network confirmations before a request can be processed.


My Bitcoin transaction was confirmed, but the application was canceled. What can I do?

If your Bitcoin transaction has received the required number of confirmations after the allotted time has expired and the request has been canceled, we recommend contacting the online support on our website. The support team will help you clarify the next steps and resolve any questions you may have.


What is Destination Tag (Memo)?

A Destination Tag (Memo) is an identifier for your wallet or account that provides accurate addressing of funds. It is required for transfers to shared wallets on exchanges, as it allows funds to be directed to a specific user. The absence of a Destination Tag can result in funds being credited to an exchange wallet without being distributed to your account.

When transferring in cryptocurrencies such as EOS, Ripple (XRP), Stellar Lumens (XLM), Binance Coin (BNB) or Monero (XMR), be sure to include the correct Destination Tag, Memo or Payment ID.


Why funds are not received after exchange via messengers?

All exchange operations are carried out exclusively through an application on our official website, where all details for the exchange are provided. Offers to exchange via messengers, such as Telegram, Skype, Viber or forums, most likely come from scammers posing as our service. If you encounter such a case, please let us know so that we can take action.
